avukat ender büyükçulha, vadi sakinleri adına başsavcılığa, gökçek hakkında suç duyurusunda bulundu. suç duyurusuna ilişkin dilekçede, melih gökçek’in 18 ocak 2007’de bir televizyon programında sarf ettiği sözlerin, “hakaret, halk arasında korku ve panik yaratmak amacıyla tehdit, iftira, suç uydurma" niteliğinde olduğu belirtilerek, kamu davası açılması istendi. gökçek’in televizyon programındaki şu sözleri suç duyurusuna konu edildi:
